Simulation & Immersive

See the building before it exists

You have CAD files, renders and a sales deadline. We turn your drawings into a real-time walkthrough your buyers and your board can move through themselves, on a laptop or in a headset, months before handover.

The direct answer

Architectural visualization turns your building drawings into a real-time 3D experience people can walk through, not a fixed video render. It is for developers, contractors and sales teams in Saudi Arabia who need buyers, investors or a client committee to see and feel a project before construction starts, on a screen, in a sales gallery kiosk, or in a VR headset.

Before and after

What this removes.

Static renders don't sell

Today

You show buyers a handful of fixed camera angles and hope they picture the rest of the unit.

With the system

Buyers walk the actual layout themselves, check sightlines and room sizes from any angle they choose.

Design changes cost weeks

Today

A material or layout change means waiting on a new render pass from an external studio.

With the system

Swap finishes, lighting and layout options live, in the same scene, without a new render cycle.

Committees can't picture scale

Today

Investors and approval committees review 2D plans and elevations and ask for physical models.

With the system

Decision-makers move through the full building or master plan at true scale before sign-off.

Sales galleries feel dated

Today

A static scale model and a looping video are the whole in-person sales experience.

With the system

A kiosk or headset lets a walk-in prospect explore any unit type on the spot.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 05

Scope and source files

3 to 5 days

We confirm which building or master plan phase to visualize and collect the source drawings.

What you do
  • Share CAD, BIM or Revit files
  • Confirm which unit types matter most
What we deliver
  • A written scope with scene list
  • A file checklist and asset gaps
Exit criteria

We move on when we agree the scope, source files and delivery formats in writing.

02 / 05

Base scene build

We model the environment in Unreal Engine from your drawings and set base lighting.

What you do
  • Review the greybox layout
  • Flag any dimension mismatches
What we deliver
  • A navigable greybox scene
  • A lighting and camera pass for review
Exit criteria

We move on when the layout and scale are confirmed correct against your drawings.

03 / 05

Materials and detail pass

2 to 3 weeks

We apply real materials, furniture and finish variants, and tune lighting for realism.

What you do
  • Supply material and finish references
  • Approve the material variant set
What we deliver
  • Finished materials and lighting
  • Selectable finish variants in scene
Exit criteria

We move on when you sign off on the visual quality and the finish options available.

04 / 05

Delivery build and testing

1 to 2 weeks

We package the web viewer and VR build, and test on your actual sales gallery hardware.

What you do
  • Confirm target devices and headsets
  • Test the build on site with your team
What we deliver
  • Web viewer link
  • VR headset build installed and tested
Exit criteria

We move on when the build runs cleanly on the devices you will actually use with buyers.

05 / 05

Live use and updates

Ongoing

The walkthrough runs in your sales gallery or online, with updates as the design changes.

What you do
  • Flag any design or unit changes
  • Send new material options as they arrive
What we deliver
  • Scene updates as the design evolves
  • Support for new unit types or phases
Exit criteria

We move on when we move on when updates are turned around inside an agreed window.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

What files do you need from us to start?

CAD (DWG), BIM (Revit or IFC) or SketchUp files for the building or master plan, plus material references and any brand guidelines. If you only have 2D plans and elevations, we can still build from those, it takes longer since geometry has to be modeled from scratch rather than imported.

How is this priced?

Pricing depends on the size of the scene, how many unit types or material variants you need, and whether you want a VR build in addition to the web viewer. We scope and quote after reviewing your source files and confirming which phase or unit types to prioritize, not before.

Do you support Arabic in the viewer?

Yes. On-screen labels, navigation and any guided tour narration can run in Arabic and English, and we build the interface to switch between them without a separate build.

Can we make design changes after the first build?

Yes, that's normal during a live project. Material, lighting and layout updates happen inside the same scene rather than a full re-render, so most changes turn around in days, not weeks. Larger structural changes need a new modeling pass.

Ready to let buyers walk the building

Send us your drawings and we will scope a first walkthrough build, with a clear timeline and price before any work starts.
