AI Strategy & Enablement
AI training your team actually uses after we leave
Most AI training is a slide deck and a demo nobody remembers. We run working sessions on your own files, your own processes, and your own language, so your staff leave with habits, not handouts.
2 to 4
weeks from kickoff to first workshop
5 to 15
staff per cohort, hands-on the whole time
bilingual
sessions run in Arabic and English
The direct answer
AI training workshops teach your team to use AI tools on their actual daily work, not generic examples. Procul Solutions builds the curriculum around your industry, your systems, and your Arabic and English document mix, then runs live sessions where staff practice on real tasks. It suits leadership teams setting direction, and operational staff who need the tools in hand.

What this removes.
one-off demo, no retention
Today
A consultant runs a two-hour AI demo, everyone claps, and by the next week nobody remembers a single prompt.
With the system
Staff practice on their own files during the session and leave with a written playbook for their role.
generic content, wrong context
Today
Off-the-shelf courses use examples from other industries and mostly English tooling, so nothing maps to how your team actually works.
With the system
Every exercise runs on your documents, your Arabic and English content mix, and your existing systems.
leadership and staff are misaligned
Today
Executives read about AI in the news while frontline staff are told to 'figure it out', with no shared plan between the two.
With the system
A leadership track sets the direction, a staff track builds the skills, and both point at the same roadmap.
no idea if it worked
Today
Training happens, certificates go out, and nobody can say whether anyone uses AI differently three months later.
With the system
We agree on a small set of usage signals up front and check them again after the workshops close.
What lands in your hands.
role-based curriculum
Separate tracks for leadership, managers, and operational staff, not one generic deck.
bilingual course material
Slides and exercises in Arabic and English, matched to your team's working language.
live lab sessions
Staff work on their own real tasks during the session, with a facilitator in the room.
internal AI usage playbook
A short written reference each team keeps after the workshop ends.
governance and PDPL basics
What staff can and cannot put into an AI tool, in plain language.
post-workshop office hours
Two to three follow-up sessions to answer real questions that come up on the job.
Systems and platforms we work with
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Google Gemini
- Meta

Five stages. You sign off every one.
Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.
- Scope and audit1 to 2 weeks
- Curriculum build1 to 2 weeks
- Workshop delivery1 to 3 weeks
- Playbooks and follow-up1 week
- Measurement and handoverongoing
Scope and audit
1 to 2 weeks
We map who needs training, what tools they already touch, and what a useful outcome looks like for each group.
- Name the teams and roles to train
- Share current tools and workflows
- Set the budget and timeline
- A training needs map by role
- A proposed cohort structure
- A draft curriculum outline
We move on when we move on when the cohorts, topics, and success signals are agreed in writing.
Curriculum build
1 to 2 weeks
We write the actual course material using your documents and systems as the working examples, in Arabic and English.
- Share sample documents and workflows
- Review draft slides and exercises
- Confirm session dates and rooms
- Bilingual slide decks per track
- Hands-on exercise sets
- A facilitator run-of-show
We move on when we move on when the material is approved and every session has a confirmed date.
Workshop delivery
1 to 3 weeks
We run the live sessions, on site or over video, with staff working on their own tasks throughout.
- Send staff to the scheduled sessions
- Bring real work examples to practice on
- Facilitated sessions per cohort
- Live troubleshooting during the lab time
- Attendance and completion tracking
We move on when we move on when every scheduled cohort has completed its sessions.
Playbooks and follow-up
1 week
We hand over the written reference material and open a short window of office hours for questions that surface on the job.
- Distribute playbooks internally
- Send follow-up questions as they come up
- Role-based usage playbooks
- Two to three office-hours sessions
- A summary of common questions and answers
We move on when we move on when the playbooks are distributed and office hours are scheduled.
Measurement and handover
ongoing
We check the agreed usage signals a few weeks out and hand over a short report so you can decide whether to run a second round.
- Track the agreed usage signals internally
- Flag teams that need a refresher
- A short post-training usage check
- Recommendations for a next cohort or refresher
- All curriculum files handed over
We move on when we move on once the usage check is delivered and the material is fully in your hands.
Asked before signing.
How is pricing worked out for a training engagement?
Pricing depends on the number of cohorts, the length of each track, and how much custom material we build from your documents. A single half-day leadership session costs less than a multi-week rollout across several departments. We give a fixed quote after the scoping stage, once cohorts and topics are set.
Can sessions run fully in Arabic?
Yes. We build bilingual material by default and can run any session fully in Arabic, fully in English, or mixed, depending on the cohort. Most Saudi teams we work with prefer Arabic for operational staff and a mix for leadership sessions.
What happens to the documents we share for exercises?
We use them only to build realistic training exercises and follow PDPL handling requirements throughout. Sensitive documents can be anonymized or replaced with representative samples before they go into any slide or exercise. We do not retain client documents beyond the engagement unless you ask us to.
Do you train on our existing systems, like Odoo or SAP, or only on general AI tools?
Both. If your team already uses tools like Odoo, SAP, or WhatsApp for work, we build exercises around how AI fits into those, not just standalone chat tools. That is usually what makes the training stick, since staff practice on the systems they open every day.
