What does this cost and how is it priced?

Pricing is scoped per pilot procedure and device target, not a flat package. It depends on how many pieces of equipment need models, how complex the procedures are, and whether you need headset support in addition to tablets. We give you a fixed quote after the scoping stage, before any build work starts.

Do the overlays and admin tools work in Arabic?

Yes. Overlay text, step instructions and the admin content tool support Arabic alongside English, and we build with your bilingual technicians and reviewers in mind from the first draft, not as a translation pass at the end.

What happens to our equipment drawings and site data?

Your CAD files, drawings and site data are used only to build your overlay and are not reused for other clients. We handle this in line with PDPL and can sign an NDA before you share anything. Data storage location is agreed with you up front.

Can this connect to our existing maintenance or ERP system?

It can, where there's a clear integration point, such as pulling a work order number or logging completion back into your CMMS or ERP. We scope the exact integration in stage one rather than assuming it, since every client's system is set up differently.
