Custom Software
A SaaS product your customers can pay for from day one
You have a product idea and a market. We build the multi-tenant architecture, the billing, the admin tools, and the bilingual interface, so you are selling subscriptions instead of explaining a prototype.

The direct answer
SaaS product development is building a web application that multiple paying customers use independently, each with their own data, users, and settings. It fits founders and companies turning an internal tool or a new idea into something they sell as a subscription. We handle the technical foundations, tenant isolation, billing, permissions, so you can focus on the product and your first customers.

What this removes.
The prototype cannot take a second customer
Today
Your MVP was built for one client and their data lives inside the same tables as everyone else's would.
With the system
New customers get their own isolated workspace automatically, no code changes per client.
Nobody can pay you automatically
Today
You are invoicing manually and chasing bank transfers every month for every customer.
With the system
Customers subscribe, get charged on schedule, and see their invoices without you touching a spreadsheet.
English-only locks out half the market
Today
Your interface is in English and Saudi buyers keep asking if there is an Arabic version.
With the system
The product switches between Arabic and English cleanly, including right-to-left layouts and dates.
You cannot see who is actually using it
Today
You know signups happen but have no idea which features get used or where people drop off.
With the system
A usage dashboard shows active accounts, feature adoption, and where customers stall.
What lands in your hands.
Multi-tenant core
Isolated data per customer on shared infrastructure, built for growth.
Subscription billing
Plans, upgrades, downgrades, and automated recurring charges.
Role-based permissions
Owners, admins, and end users see exactly what they should.
Bilingual interface
Arabic and English, right-to-left layout handled properly.
Admin and analytics dashboard
Account health, usage, and churn signals in one place.
API and webhooks
For integrations your customers will eventually ask for.

Five stages. You sign off every one.
Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.
- Scope and architecture1 to 2 weeks
- Core build3 to 5 weeks
- Billing and access layer1 to 2 weeks
- Hardening and launch prep1 to 2 weeks
- Live operation and supportongoing
Scope and architecture
1 to 2 weeks
We map the core workflows, the tenant model, and the billing structure before writing product code.
- Walk us through the product idea
- Share any existing prototype or notes
- Confirm target pricing tiers
- A scoped feature list for version one
- A tenant and data architecture plan
- A fixed cost and timeline
We move on when the architecture and scope are signed off in writing.
Core build
3 to 5 weeks
We build the multi-tenant foundation, authentication, and the primary workflows your users will touch daily.
- Review progress in a shared staging link
- Answer questions on edge cases
- Test as real users would
- A working staging environment updated weekly
- Core workflows built and testable
- Authentication and tenant isolation live
We move on when you can walk through the core workflows end to end on staging.
Billing and access layer
1 to 2 weeks
We wire in subscription plans, payment processing, and role-based permissions across your user types.
- Confirm final pricing tiers and limits
- Test upgrade and downgrade flows
- Approve permission levels per role
- Live subscription billing
- Role-based access across the product
- ZATCA-ready invoice generation
We move on when a test subscription can be created, billed, and cancelled without manual steps.
Hardening and launch prep
1 to 2 weeks
We run load tests, fix edge cases, and prepare monitoring and backups before real customers arrive.
- Run your own acceptance test list
- Invite a small group of pilot users
- Sign off on launch readiness
- Load-tested infrastructure
- Monitoring and automated backups
- A launch checklist walked through together
We move on when the product passes your acceptance tests and monitoring is confirmed live.
Live operation and support
ongoing
The product is live and taking real customers. We monitor uptime and ship fixes and improvements on an agreed cadence.
- Bring us customer feedback and feature requests
- Flag anything that feels off
- Decide on the roadmap priorities
- 24/7 uptime monitoring
- Scheduled maintenance and security patches
- A monthly review of usage and next priorities
We move on when we move on when the support cadence is running and you know exactly how to reach us.
Asked before signing.
How is pricing structured for a SaaS build?
We quote a fixed price for the scoped version one, based on the feature list agreed in stage one. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, and support run as a separate monthly fee once the product is live. There are no surprise charges mid-build, if scope changes we reprice that specific change before starting it.
Can the product genuinely run in Arabic, not just translated labels?
Yes. We build right-to-left layouts, Arabic date and number formatting, and bilingual content management from the first sprint, not as a bolt-on later. Your team can manage both language versions from one admin panel.
Where does our customer data actually live, and does it meet PDPL?
Data is hosted on infrastructure that keeps each customer's records isolated by design, with access controls and audit logging built in. We structure the product to support PDPL data-subject rights, like access and deletion requests, as real features rather than manual processes.
Can this connect to our existing ERP or accounting system?
Most of the time, yes. We build a documented API and webhooks as part of the standard scope, and we have integrated with Odoo, SAP, and custom ERPs before. If your system exposes an API or a stable export format, we can usually connect to it during the core build stage.
