AI Marketing & Growth

See what your marketing spend is actually doing

Your ad accounts, CRM and website analytics live in three different tabs and none of them agree with each other. We build one system that pulls them together, in Arabic and English, so your team can see what worked before the budget is gone.

The direct answer

Marketing analytics is a dashboard system we build that connects your ad accounts, CRM, website and WhatsApp data into one bilingual view of what is actually generating leads and revenue. It is for Saudi marketing and growth teams who are tired of manually pulling numbers from five platforms into a spreadsheet every Sunday night. You own and run it after we hand it over.

Before and after

What this removes.

Numbers live in five tabs

Today

Ad spend in Meta, leads in the CRM, traffic in Analytics, and someone stitches it into a spreadsheet by hand every week.

With the system

One dashboard pulls all four automatically. The Sunday-night spreadsheet ritual is gone.

No one trusts the attribution

Today

Sales says leads come from referrals, marketing says paid ads, and there is no shared source of truth to settle it.

With the system

Every lead is tagged to its first-touch channel and tracked through to a closed deal in the CRM.

Reports are always late

Today

The monthly report is a half-day task someone does after everything else, three days after the month ends.

With the system

The report generates itself on the first of the month and lands in your inbox before you ask for it.

Arabic and English don't match

Today

The Saudi team reads Arabic reports, HQ reads English ones, and the two versions drift out of sync.

With the system

One dashboard renders in both languages from the same underlying data, always in sync.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

First-touch and last-touch tagging so spend maps to actual pipeline, not guesses.

Automated report delivery

Weekly or monthly PDF and email summaries sent without anyone triggering them.

Lead and cost tracking

Cost per lead and cost per deal broken out by channel and campaign.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 05

Audit and scope

3 to 5 days

We map every data source you currently use, what questions the dashboard needs to answer, and who on your team needs to see what.

What you do
  • Grant read access to ad accounts and CRM
  • Name the top 5 questions the dashboard must answer
What we deliver
  • Data source inventory
  • Draft dashboard layout for sign-off
Exit criteria

We move on when you approve the data sources and the dashboard layout.

02 / 05

Connect and structure

1 to 2 weeks

We build the connectors, standardize the data into one schema, and set up the attribution logic behind the numbers.

What you do
  • Confirm campaign and channel naming conventions
  • Review a sample of raw pulled data for gaps
What we deliver
  • Working data pipeline
  • Attribution model with your sign-off
Exit criteria

We move on when the pipeline pulls accurate data on a schedule without manual fixes.

03 / 05

Build the dashboard

1 to 2 weeks

We build the bilingual interface, wire in the metrics your team named in stage one, and test it against your real numbers.

What you do
  • Review draft screens in a working session
  • Flag any metric that reads wrong
What we deliver
  • Working bilingual dashboard
  • Automated weekly or monthly report
Exit criteria

We move on when your team confirms the numbers match what they already know to be true.

04 / 05

Test with real decisions

1 to 2 weeks

Your team runs a real budget or campaign decision off the dashboard while we watch for gaps or edge cases in the data.

What you do
  • Use the dashboard for one live budget review
  • Report anything that looks off
What we deliver
  • Bug fixes and edge-case handling
  • Final documentation and runbook
Exit criteria

We move on when a real decision was made off the dashboard without us in the room.

05 / 05

Handover and support

ongoing

We hand over full access and source code, then stay reachable for fixes and additions as your channel mix changes.

What you do
  • Take ownership of admin access
  • Flag new channels or CRM fields as they appear
What we deliver
  • Full source code and admin access
  • Response window for fixes and new connectors
Exit criteria

We move on when your team is running the dashboard day to day without needing us.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

How is this priced?

By scope, not by seat or by data volume. Price depends on how many sources we connect and how much custom attribution logic your channel mix needs. We quote a fixed number after the audit stage, before any build work starts.

Do you support Arabic reporting for a Saudi HQ team?

Yes. The dashboard and the automated reports render in Arabic and English from the same data, so both versions always agree. This is one of the reasons Saudi teams come to us instead of a generic analytics tool built for a single-language market.

What happens to our data under PDPL?

Your data stays in infrastructure you control or approve, and we document exactly what flows where before we connect anything. We do not resell, model-train on, or share your marketing data outside the system we build for you.

Can this connect to our existing CRM or ERP, like Odoo or SAP?

Yes, that is usually the point. Most of our builds pull from an existing CRM or ERP rather than replacing it. We connect to what you already run and add the analytics layer on top, so you are not migrating systems to get visibility.
