AI Marketing & Growth

Content and posting, automated, not outsourced.

Your team still sets the calendar and approves every post. We build the system that drafts captions in Arabic and English, formats them per platform, routes approvals, and schedules the send.

The direct answer

Social media automation is a system we build for your marketing team that drafts, formats and schedules content across platforms, with a human approval step before anything posts. It suits Saudi teams publishing in Arabic and English who currently retype the same caption three times and track approvals over WhatsApp. We do not run your campaigns or buy media. You keep the account keys and the calendar.

Before and after

What this removes.

Every caption written twice

Today

Marketing writes the English post, then someone retranslates it into Arabic by hand, often losing tone in the process.

With the system

One brief produces both language versions together, matched in tone, ready for the same review pass.

Approvals lost in chat threads

Today

Draft posts circulate over WhatsApp and email with no record of who approved what or when.

With the system

Every draft has one approval link, one status, and a timestamped record you can pull up later.

Reformatting for every platform

Today

The same asset gets manually resized and recropped for Instagram, LinkedIn and X, one at a time.

With the system

One upload generates the sizes and crops each platform needs, held for review before posting.

No link between posts and leads

Today

A post drives inbound DMs or form fills that never make it into the CRM without manual entry.

With the system

Inbound social leads land in your CRM with the post they came from attached automatically.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

Bilingual drafting engine

Generates Arabic and English drafts from one brief, matched in tone and length.

Platform formatter

Resizes and reformats each asset for Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok automatically.

Approval workflow

One link per draft, one status, a timestamped log of who approved and when.

Scheduling queue

Approved posts go out on your calendar with no manual posting step.

CRM lead sync

Inbound social leads and comments land in your CRM tagged by source post.

Performance digest

A recurring summary of what posted, what engaged, sent to whoever owns the calendar.

What you do
  • Run your normal approval cadence

We move on when this is the standing state. We move on when a support or tuning issue is closed.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Do you post on our behalf or manage our social accounts?

No. We build the system and you keep the account keys and the calendar. Every post routes through your approval step before it goes live. We never buy media, run ad campaigns, or act as your agency. Think of us as the team that built the pipeline, not the team running it.

How is pricing structured?

A fixed build fee covers scoping through pilot week, scaled to the number of platforms and languages in scope. After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and support. We quote both numbers after the scoping call, once we know your platform count and CRM setup.

Is our data handled under PDPL?

Yes. Customer and lead data stays in infrastructure that meets PDPL requirements, and we document what data flows where before the build starts. We do not send your brand assets or customer data to third-party AI vendors for training. If you have a specific data residency requirement, tell us in scoping and we design around it.

Can this connect to the CRM or ERP we already use?

In most cases, yes. We have built integrations with common CRMs used by Saudi mid-market teams and with Odoo-based setups. If your system exposes an API or a documented export, we can usually connect it. We confirm feasibility during the scoping stage before quoting the build.

Stop retyping the same caption twice.

Tell us your platforms, your languages, and your CRM. We will scope the build and show you what stage one looks like before you commit to anything.
