Environment build

How is this priced?
By scenario complexity: how many interactions, how detailed the environment, how many branching paths. A single-procedure module with one environment runs at the lower end of our range; a multi-scenario training suite with custom hardware integration runs higher. We quote a fixed price after the procedure mapping stage, once the scope is written down.
Do we need to buy VR headsets?
No. We build for whatever hardware you already have or plan to buy, including standalone headsets like Quest, tethered PC VR rigs, or a plain tablet if headsets are not practical for your site. We can also advise on hardware if you are starting from zero.
Can the simulator run in Arabic?
Yes. UI text, on-screen instructions, and voice prompts ship in both Arabic and English by default, so mixed Saudi and expat crews use the same build without a separate version.
What about data privacy for our facility layout and procedures?
Your facility models, SOPs, and trainee data stay under PDPL-compliant handling: we do not share your environment files or training logs outside the project team, and we can work under an NDA before the first walkthrough if your procedures are sensitive.
