Data, Analytics & Knowledge
Dashboards your team actually opens every morning
Most dashboards get built once, demoed once, then ignored because the numbers are stale or nobody trusts them. We connect straight to your source systems and build for the three or four questions your team asks every week.

The direct answer
BI Dashboards is a service that turns your existing ERP, POS, spreadsheet or finance data into live, bilingual dashboards your team checks daily instead of waiting for a monthly report. It fits Saudi companies running Odoo, SAP, custom systems or a mess of spreadsheets across finance, operations or sales, where leadership currently pulls numbers by hand before every meeting.

What this removes.
Reports built by hand each month
Today
Someone exports data from three systems into Excel and stitches it together before every review meeting.
With the system
The same view updates on its own. That person spends the time on analysis instead of copy-paste.
Numbers nobody fully trusts
Today
Finance has one number, ops has another, and meetings start with an argument about whose figure is right.
With the system
One dashboard, one source of truth, with the calculation logic visible to anyone who asks.
English-only tools for a bilingual team
Today
The BI tool your ops manager needs works in English, so half the branch supervisors never open it.
With the system
Every screen renders properly in Arabic, right to left, with the same numbers either language.
Data locked inside the system
Today
Your ERP has the answer somewhere, but getting it out means a support ticket or a consultant call.
With the system
Your team self-serves through a dashboard built around the questions they actually ask.
What lands in your hands.
Connected data pipeline
Direct connectors to your ERP, POS, database or spreadsheet source, refreshed on a schedule you set.
Bilingual dashboard views
Arabic and English, right to left rendering, same figures, switchable per user.
Role-based access
A branch manager sees their branch, a CFO sees consolidated group numbers, nothing more, nothing less.
Drill-down and filters
Click from a group total down to a single invoice or transaction without a new export.
Scheduled PDF and Excel exports
For board packs, investor updates or anyone who still needs a static file.
Alert thresholds
A notification when a metric crosses a line you define, cash below target or stock below reorder point.

Five stages. You sign off every one.
Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.
- Discovery3 to 5 days
- Data connection1 to 2 weeks
- Dashboard build1 to 2 weeks
- Pilot with real users1 week
- Live operation and supportongoing
Discovery
3 to 5 days
We sit with the people who will actually use the dashboard and find the three or four questions that matter most, not a wish list of fifty metrics.
- Name who checks numbers today and how
- Give read access to source systems
- A short list of the metrics that matter
- A data source map with gaps flagged
We move on when we agree on the exact metrics and the source system for each one.
Data connection
1 to 2 weeks
We build the pipeline from your source systems into a clean data layer, handling the messy parts like inconsistent product codes or duplicate branches.
- Confirm field names and codes with us
- Flag any known data quality issues
- A working connector to each source system
- A clean data layer ready for dashboards
We move on when the numbers in the data layer match what your team already trusts.
Dashboard build
1 to 2 weeks
We design and build the actual views, in both languages, with the roles and drill-downs agreed in discovery.
- Review the first draft and flag corrections
- Confirm which roles see which views
- Working bilingual dashboards
- Role-based access configured
We move on when your team can open the dashboard and find the number they need without asking us.
Pilot with real users
1 week
The actual branch managers, finance staff or leadership use the dashboard during a normal work week while we watch for gaps.
- Use it as part of a real week, not a demo
- Report anything confusing or missing
- Fixes and adjustments from real usage
- A short usage guide in Arabic and English
We move on when the people who will use it daily say it answers their questions without help.
Live operation and support
ongoing
The dashboard runs on its refresh schedule. We monitor the pipeline and handle changes when your source systems or reporting needs change.
- Tell us when a source system changes
- Request new views as your questions change
- Pipeline monitoring and refresh checks
- Support for new metrics and view changes
We move on when this stage does not end. It is the standing arrangement once the dashboard is live.
Asked before signing.
How is this priced?
Pricing depends on how many source systems we connect and how many distinct dashboard views you need. A single-source dashboard with two or three views is a fixed project fee. Multi-system builds with role-based access across branches are scoped after discovery, once we know exactly what we are connecting to.
Can it connect to Odoo or SAP directly?
Yes. We connect directly to Odoo and SAP through their standard APIs or database access, and to most other ERP, POS or accounting systems used in Saudi Arabia. If your system has no API, we can often still pull from scheduled exports while we work toward a direct connection.
Is our data safe, and does this comply with PDPL?
Your data stays in systems you control or in infrastructure we agree on together, and we do not use your data to train any model. We follow PDPL principles on data minimization and access control, and we can sign a data processing agreement before any connection work starts.
What happens if our ERP changes or a field gets renamed?
The pipeline is built to flag broken connections rather than fail silently, so a renamed field shows up as an alert, not a wrong number on a dashboard. Fixing it is part of the ongoing support stage, and small changes are usually turned around within a few days.
Stop building the same report by hand every month
Tell us which systems hold your numbers and which questions your team asks every week. We will show you what a working first dashboard looks like before you commit to anything larger.
