Turn your catalog into a live 3D sales tool
Your buyers already picture the finished product before they sign. Give them a configurator that lets them choose materials, sizes and finishes, see the price update, and view it from every angle, in Arabic and English.

The direct answer
A 3D product configurator is a browser or kiosk tool where a buyer picks options for a product (material, color, size, fittings) and watches a photorealistic 3D model update in real time, with the price recalculating alongside it. It suits manufacturers, fit-out contractors and real estate developers in Saudi Arabia who sell configurable products and want buyers to self-serve before a sales call.

What this removes.
Sales reps re-explain options daily
Today
Every buyer call starts with the same walk-through of finishes, sizes and add-ons from a static catalog PDF.
With the system
Buyers explore options themselves online, arrive at the call already knowing what they want.
Quotes lag behind interest
Today
A buyer configures something in an email thread, waits days for a manual price and a mockup.
With the system
Price updates the instant an option changes. No manual pricing step for standard configurations.
Renders don't match reality
Today
Marketing renders show one finish; the buyer gets something visually different on delivery.
With the system
The configurator renders the exact combination selected, built from the same CAD source used in production.
No record of what was agreed
Today
What the buyer picked lives in email screenshots and verbal notes, easy to lose or dispute.
With the system
Every configuration exports to a PDF with specs and price, timestamped and attached to the order.
What lands in your hands.
Configurator engine
Web app built in Unity or Unreal, running in-browser via WebGL or as a downloadable app.
Option and pricing logic
Rules engine tying each material, size and add-on choice to your real price list.
Photorealistic material library
Physically based materials matched to your actual finishes, lit for consistent presentation.
Bilingual interface
Arabic and English UI with RTL layout, switchable without reloading the configurator.
CAD-to-3D pipeline
Workflow that converts your existing CAD or BIM files into configurator-ready assets.

Systems and platforms we work with
- Unreal Engine
- Unity
- Blender

Five stages. You sign off every one.
Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.
- Scope and product audit1 to 2 weeks
- Asset build2 to 4 weeks
- Configurator build3 to 5 weeks
- Pilot and integration1 to 2 weeks
- Live operation and supportongoing
Scope and product audit
1 to 2 weeks
We map your product's real configuration options, pricing rules, and available CAD or reference files, and agree which SKUs launch first.
- Share CAD, BIM or photo references
- Confirm option sets and pricing rules
- Name the priority product line
- Configuration matrix document
- Pricing logic specification
- Asset gap list
We move on when the configuration matrix and pricing rules are signed off before any modeling starts.
Asset build
2 to 4 weeks
We build or convert 3D assets for each option (materials, sizes, add-ons) in Blender or your native CAD format, matched to your actual finishes.
- Review material and color proofs
- Provide missing reference photos
- Approve the base model geometry
- Textured 3D asset set
- Material swap library
- Base model checked against CAD tolerances
We move on when you approve the visual accuracy of the base model and material library.
Configurator build
3 to 5 weeks
We build the interactive engine in Unity or Unreal: option selection UI, real-time rendering, price calculation, and the bilingual interface.
- Test the interaction flow weekly
- Confirm price rules against live cases
- Flag UI or Arabic copy issues
- Working configurator build (web or kiosk)
- Price calculation wired to your rules
- Bilingual UI with RTL support
We move on when the configurator produces a correct price and PDF export for every tested combination.
Pilot and integration
1 to 2 weeks
We connect the configurator to your CRM or sales inbox, run it with a small group of real sales staff or buyers, and fix what surfaces.
- Run the pilot with a real sales team
- Log issues as they come up
- Approve the CRM handoff format
- CRM or email integration
- Pilot issue log with fixes applied
- Staff quick-reference guide
We move on when the pilot group completes real configurations end to end without support from us.
Live operation and support
ongoing
The configurator runs on your site or showroom kiosk. We handle hosting, new product additions, and fixes under a support agreement.
- Send new SKUs and price changes as they happen
- Flag any rendering or pricing issue
- Hosted, monitored configurator
- New option and SKU additions on request
- Response window defined in the support agreement
We move on when we agree the support terms and response times before the pilot team hands off to daily use.
Asked before signing.
How is this priced, per configurator or per option?
We price the build as a fixed project fee based on how many product lines and option variables you need at launch (materials, sizes, add-ons), quoted after the scope stage. Ongoing hosting and new-SKU additions run on a separate monthly support fee. You get both numbers before any asset work starts.
Can it run in Arabic with RTL layout?
Yes, this is built in from the first stage, not added later. The interface switches between Arabic and English with proper right-to-left layout, and the exported PDF spec sheet generates in either language depending on which the buyer selected.
What do you need from us to start, and is our CAD data safe?
We need your existing CAD, BIM or high-resolution photo references and your current price list. Files stay within a project workspace we control, are used only to build your configurator, and are not used to train any model. This fits under PDPL as processing carried out on your instruction, not shared onward.
Can it connect to our existing CRM or ERP?
Yes, for common systems we can push lead data and configuration exports directly into your CRM or sales inbox. For less common or in-house systems we scope the integration during the pilot stage rather than guessing upfront, so the connection is tested against your real data before go-live.
Give buyers a reason to configure before they call
Tell us which product line to start with. We will map the configuration matrix and give you a fixed quote for the first working build.
