How do you price a simulation project?

By scene complexity and interaction depth, not a flat rate. A single-procedure VR module costs less than a multi-building digital twin with live data feeds. We give you a fixed quote after the scoping stage, once we know the scene count and the interaction logic required.

Do you build for Unreal or Unity, and who decides which?

We work in both. Unreal tends to fit photoreal industrial or architectural scenes; Unity tends to fit lighter builds, mobile AR, or projects needing faster iteration. We recommend one during scoping based on your hardware target and content, and explain the tradeoff so you can weigh in.

Can trainees use this in Arabic?

Yes. Interface text, voiceover and on-screen instructions are built bilingual from the start when needed, not bolted on afterward. Tell us which languages your trainees actually use and we scope the voice and text work into the build from stage one.

What happens to our data and site drawings?

Drawings, photos and equipment specs you share stay within the scope of this project and are handled under PDPL. We do not reuse your proprietary layouts, procedures or branded assets on other projects without your written permission.

Can this connect to our existing systems, like a CMMS or an LMS?

Yes, where there is a real integration point, usually through export files, an API, or SCORM packaging for learning platforms. We confirm what your existing systems can accept during scoping rather than assuming a connection is possible.
