Procurement & Supply Chain
See where your procurement spend actually goes
Most procurement teams in Saudi Arabia run spend data across spreadsheets, email threads and ERP exports that never agree with each other. We build one dashboard that pulls it all together, so category spend, supplier concentration and price movement are visible without a monthly reconciliation project.
2 to 4
weeks to a working first dashboard
100%
of your PO and RFQ history in one view
24/7
live sync, no manual monthly exports
The direct answer
Spend Analytics is a dashboard that consolidates your purchase orders, RFQ history and supplier quotes into one place, so you can see category spend, price trends and supplier concentration without building a spreadsheet every month. It's for procurement and finance teams in Saudi Arabia who currently pull this data by hand from ERP exports, email and paper files.

What this removes.
No single source of spend truth
Today
Category totals live in three spreadsheets and none of them match by month end.
With the system
One dashboard pulls from your PO and RFQ data directly, so the number is always current.
Supplier concentration is invisible
Today
You find out a category is single-sourced only when that supplier misses a delivery.
With the system
Concentration by category and supplier is flagged automatically, before it becomes a crisis.
Price trends get noticed too late
Today
A material's price creeps up over six months before anyone in finance flags it.
With the system
Price movement per SKU and category is tracked over time and surfaced on the dashboard.
Board reporting eats a week every quarter
Today
Someone rebuilds the spend deck from scratch in Excel before every board meeting.
With the system
The same dashboard exports a clean pack in Arabic and English on demand.
What lands in your hands.
Spend dashboard
Category, supplier and time-period views built on your actual PO and RFQ data.
Data pipeline
Connectors that pull from your ERP, spreadsheets or RFQ system, kept in sync.
Supplier concentration report
Flags single-source categories and top-supplier exposure by spend.
Price trend tracking
SKU and category-level price history so movement is visible before it's a problem.
Bilingual export packs
Board-ready PDF and Excel exports in Arabic and English on demand.
Access and permissions
Role-based views so finance, procurement and leadership see what they need.

Five stages. You sign off every one.
Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.
- Data audit3 to 5 days
- Pipeline build1 to 2 weeks
- Dashboard build1 to 2 weeks
- Validation3 to 5 days
- Live operation and supportongoing
Data audit
3 to 5 days
We map every place your spend data currently lives and what shape it's in before we design anything.
- Share ERP or spreadsheet exports
- Name the categories that matter most
- A data source map
- A list of gaps and data quality issues
We move on when we agree on the data sources and the categories the first dashboard will cover.
Pipeline build
1 to 2 weeks
We build the connectors that pull PO, RFQ and supplier data into one structured store.
- Grant read access to source systems
- Review sample data for accuracy
- Working data connectors
- A first pass of cleaned, structured spend data
We move on when we move on when the pulled data matches your source systems on a sample check.
Dashboard build
1 to 2 weeks
We build the category, supplier and trend views on top of the pipeline, in Arabic and English.
- Review draft views with your team
- Flag any missing categories or metrics
- A working dashboard
- Bilingual labeling across all views
We move on when we move on when your team can find last month's category spend in under a minute.
Validation
3 to 5 days
We run the dashboard against a real reporting cycle and reconcile any discrepancies with your finance team.
- Run one real reporting cycle on the dashboard
- Sign off on the numbers
- A reconciliation log
- Fixes to any mismatched figures
We move on when we move on when your finance team confirms the dashboard numbers match their own reconciliation.
Live operation and support
ongoing
The dashboard runs live against your data with a defined support channel for issues and additions.
- Use the dashboard for regular reporting
- Flag new categories or data sources as they come up
- Ongoing sync monitoring
- A support channel for fixes and additions
We move on when this stage continues as long as you're using the dashboard, with a monthly check-in on data health.
Asked before signing.
How is this priced?
Pricing is scoped per project based on how many data sources we connect and how many dashboard views you need. We give a fixed quote after the data audit stage, once we know exactly what we're pulling from and building. There's no per-seat licensing model bolted on top.
Can it handle Arabic-language purchase orders and supplier documents?
Yes. Most of our procurement work in Saudi Arabia involves a mix of Arabic and English source documents, so the pipeline is built to read both and the dashboard itself ships bilingual by default, not as an add-on.
What happens to our data under PDPL?
Your spend and supplier data stays under your control. We don't sell or share it, and we scope data access to what the dashboard actually needs. If PDPL data-subject requests apply to any of the data involved, we build the access and deletion paths in from the start rather than retrofitting them.
Does this replace our ERP or connect to it?
It connects to it. We're not asking you to move your purchasing off SAP, Oracle, Odoo or whatever you run today. Spend Analytics reads from your existing systems and gives you a view they don't already provide on their own.
Ready to see your spend clearly?
Tell us what systems your spend data lives in today and which categories matter most. We'll scope a first dashboard from there.
