AI Agents & Automation
A chatbot that actually knows your business
Most chatbots read a script and fall apart the moment someone asks a real question. We build ones trained on your documents, your pricing, your catalog, so it can actually answer, and pass the conversation to a person when it can't.

The direct answer
AI chatbots are a conversational layer trained on your own product catalog, pricing sheets, policies and FAQs, deployed on your website, WhatsApp, or both. It answers routine questions directly, pulls live status from your CRM or ERP when asked, and hands the conversation to a human agent the moment a question needs judgment. Built for Saudi companies that get repeat questions in Arabic and English and don't have staff free to answer every one live.

What this removes.
Same questions, every day
Today
Your sales or support team answers the same ten questions about pricing, stock and delivery, over and over, all day.
With the system
The chatbot answers those ten questions instantly, in Arabic or English, and your team only sees what's left.
After-hours goes unanswered
Today
A customer messages at 9pm or on a Friday and waits until Sunday for a reply, or gives up and messages a competitor.
With the system
The chatbot answers immediately, any hour, and flags anything that needs a human for first thing the next working day.
Generic bots that can't actually answer
Today
An off-the-shelf chatbot gives canned replies and breaks the moment a customer asks something specific to your catalog.
With the system
It answers from your real product data and pricing, so the reply is actually correct, not a guess dressed up as one.
No record of what customers ask
Today
Conversations happen over WhatsApp or a live chat plugin and disappear once the thread is closed, so nobody learns from them.
With the system
Every conversation is logged, so you can see what people actually ask and where the bot handed off to a person.
What lands in your hands.
Website chat widget
Embedded on your site, styled to match your brand, live within the first build cycle.
WhatsApp Business integration
The same chatbot answering on WhatsApp, where a lot of your customers already are.
Document and catalog training
Loaded with your product sheets, pricing, policies and FAQs, kept current as they change.
CRM/ERP lookups
Connects to Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot or your internal database to answer order or stock questions live.
Human handoff
A clear rule set for when the bot stops and routes the conversation to your team, with full context passed along.
Conversation logs and lead capture
Every chat is recorded and searchable, and contact details from leads are pushed into your CRM.

Five stages. You sign off every one.
Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.
- Scope and source review3 to 5 days
- Build and train1 to 2 weeks
- Handoff and edge cases3 to 5 days
- Deploy2 to 4 days
- Live operation and supportongoing
Scope and source review
3 to 5 days
We look at the questions customers actually ask you and the documents that would answer them, then agree exactly what the bot should and shouldn't handle.
- Share sample customer questions
- Point us to your product docs and pricing
- A written scope of what the bot answers
- A handoff rule list for edge cases
We move on when we agree in writing what the bot covers before any building starts.
Build and train
1 to 2 weeks
We load your documents, catalog and policies into the chatbot and connect it to whichever systems it needs to read from.
- Grant access to your CRM or ERP if needed
- Review the first draft of answers
- A working chatbot on a test link
- Connected data sources listed and confirmed
We move on when the test bot answers your sample questions correctly, in both Arabic and English.
Handoff and edge cases
3 to 5 days
We set the exact triggers for when the bot stops and passes the conversation to a person, and test what happens when it gets a question it can't answer.
- Name who picks up handed-off conversations
- Sign off on the handoff wording
- Handoff routing wired to your team
- A tested fallback for unanswerable questions
We move on when a handed-off conversation reaches the right person with full context, every time we test it.
Deploy
2 to 4 days
The chatbot goes live on your website, WhatsApp, or both, styled to your brand and monitored closely for the first days.
- Approve the final wording and styling
- Announce the change internally if needed
- The live chatbot on your chosen channels
- Early conversation logs for review
We move on when the bot has handled a full day of real customer traffic without a handoff failure.
Live operation and support
ongoing
We keep the bot's knowledge current as your catalog, pricing or policies change, and adjust it based on the conversations it's actually having.
- Flag catalog or pricing changes
- Review monthly conversation summaries
- Content updates as your business changes
- A monthly summary of what customers asked
We move on when not applicable, this stage continues for as long as you run the chatbot.
Asked before signing.
What does a chatbot project cost?
It depends on how many documents and systems it needs to read from, and whether you want one channel or both website and WhatsApp. A bot trained on a fixed catalog with no live system connection costs less than one pulling live order status from your ERP. We give you a fixed number once we've seen your sources, not before.
Does it actually work in Arabic?
Yes. It answers in whichever language the customer writes in, Arabic or English, and switches mid-conversation if they do. We test this specifically before launch, it's not an assumption we make and leave unchecked.
What happens to our customer data?
Data stays inside your own systems and the infrastructure we set up for you, in line with PDPL. It is not used to train outside models. Conversation logs are yours, stored for your review, not shared or resold.
Can it connect to our existing ERP or CRM?
Yes, that's the point. We've connected to Odoo, Zoho and HubSpot before, and can build a connector to an internal database if that's what you run. The bot only answers with data it's actually allowed to read, we scope that access with you upfront.
What if a customer asks something the bot can't answer?
It says so and hands the conversation to a person, with the full chat history attached so nobody has to repeat themselves. We agree the handoff rules with you before launch, so the bot never guesses at something it shouldn't.
Ready to stop answering the same question ten times a day?
Tell us what your customers actually ask, and we'll show you what a chatbot trained on your own data can do.
