Stock counts that are actually right when you check them

If your warehouse team still counts stock by walking the floor with a clipboard, or your Excel sheet never matches what is actually on the shelf, this is the fix. We build inventory and warehouse control into the ERP you already run.

The direct answer

This service builds a working inventory and warehouse system inside your existing ERP (Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP or Zoho) so stock counts, locations, and movements are tracked live instead of reconciled by hand at month end. It is for Saudi companies running more than one warehouse, branch, or storage location where the spreadsheet stopped being trustworthy.

Before and after

What this removes.

The count never matches

Today

Physical stock and the spreadsheet disagree every month, and nobody can say why until someone re-counts by hand.

With the system

Every movement, receipt, and pick is logged the moment it happens. The system count is the real count.

No visibility across branches

Today

Head office has no idea what is sitting in the Jeddah warehouse versus the Dammam one until someone calls to ask.

With the system

One screen shows stock by location, in real time, for every branch and warehouse you run.

Reordering is a guess

Today

Purchasing reorders based on gut feel or a panic call when something runs out mid-project.

With the system

Minimum stock levels trigger reorder alerts automatically, tied to actual usage history.

Warehouse staff work off paper

Today

Pick lists and goods-in slips are printed, filled by hand, then typed into the system a day later, if at all.

With the system

Staff scan barcodes on a phone or handheld scanner. The system updates the moment they scan.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

Your actual warehouses, zones, and bin locations modeled in the system.

Barcode and QR scanning

Mobile scanning for receiving, picking, and stock transfers, on phones you already own.

Batch and serial tracking

For items that need expiry dates, lot numbers, or individual serial tracking.

Reorder and low-stock alerts

Automatic alerts to purchasing before you run out, based on real usage.

Multi-location stock visibility

Live stock levels across every branch and warehouse from one screen.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 05

Warehouse mapping

3 to 5 days

We walk your actual warehouse, or get on a call with whoever runs it, and map how stock really moves in and out today.

What you do
  • Show us the warehouse or describe the flow
  • Share current stock list or last count
What we deliver
  • Warehouse and location map
  • List of items needing batch or serial tracking
Exit criteria

We move on when we both agree the warehouse map matches how your team actually works.

02 / 05

System configuration

1 to 2 weeks

We configure the inventory module inside your ERP: locations, item categories, reorder rules, and user access for warehouse staff.

What you do
  • Confirm item categories and units of measure
  • Name who needs warehouse app access
What we deliver
  • Configured inventory module
  • Reorder rules set to your real minimums
Exit criteria

We move on when the system reflects your warehouse structure and stock rules correctly.

03 / 05

Data migration

3 to 5 days

We load your current stock levels, item master, and opening balances so the new system starts with accurate numbers, not zeros.

What you do
  • Provide current stock count or last inventory sheet
  • Confirm item codes and descriptions
What we deliver
  • Opening stock loaded and verified
  • Item master cleaned of duplicates
Exit criteria

We move on when opening balances in the system match your physical count.

04 / 05

Scanning and training

1 week

We set up barcode scanning on the devices your team uses and train warehouse staff to receive, pick, and transfer stock in the system.

What you do
  • Make warehouse staff available for training
  • Confirm which phones or scanners to use
What we deliver
  • Barcode labels and scanning setup
  • Trained staff who can run daily operations
Exit criteria

We move on when your warehouse team can complete a full receive-to-pick cycle without help.

05 / 05

Go-live and support

Ongoing

We run alongside your team during go-live week, fix what breaks fast, and stay on for ongoing support once the system carries live stock.

What you do
  • Run live transactions with the new system
  • Flag issues as they come up
What we deliver
  • On-call support during go-live week
  • Monthly check-ins after handover
Exit criteria

We move on when your team runs the warehouse in the new system without us in the room.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

How is this priced?

By project scope, not a flat rate. It depends on how many warehouses, how many item categories, and whether you need batch or serial tracking. We give a fixed quote after the warehouse mapping stage, before any configuration work starts, so there are no surprises.

Does this work with the ERP we already have?

Yes, in most cases. We build inventory and warehouse control inside Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP, or Zoho, whichever you already run. If you have no ERP yet, we can also stand up a lean inventory system on its own and connect it later.

Can our team use it in Arabic?

Yes. Item names, warehouse labels, and the scanning interface can run in Arabic or English, and your team can mix both depending on who is using the system. Reports export in either language.

What happens to our data?

Your stock and item data stays under your control under PDPL. We do not sell, share, or use your inventory data to train any model. Data migration is done from files or exports you provide, and you keep full access and export rights after handover.
