Odoo, configured for how you actually work

Most Odoo rollouts stall because the out-of-the-box modules don't match how your finance, warehouse and sales teams operate day to day. We implement Odoo and customize the modules, workflows and Arabic documents around your business, not the other way around.

The direct answer

Odoo Customization is the implementation, configuration and custom development of the Odoo ERP for Saudi companies. It covers accounting with VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing, inventory, sales, HR and any custom module your workflow needs. It suits companies that tried a generic Odoo setup and found it didn't fit their actual process, or are implementing Odoo for the first time and want it built around their business from day one.

Before and after

What this removes.

Odoo doesn't match your process

Today

Default modules force your team into a workflow nobody actually follows, so people work around the system in spreadsheets.

With the system

Screens, approvals and fields match how your finance and operations teams already work, so the system gets used instead of avoided.

Invoices aren't ZATCA-compliant

Today

Manual invoice formatting, missing QR codes, and a scramble every time a ZATCA phase deadline moves.

With the system

E-invoicing generates ZATCA-compliant invoices with QR codes automatically, in Arabic and English, on every sale.

Stock counts don't match reality

Today

Warehouse staff track stock on paper or in a separate spreadsheet because Odoo's default inventory screens don't fit the floor.

With the system

Barcode scanning and warehouse-specific screens keep Odoo's stock ledger accurate without extra manual entry.

Reports take a day to build

Today

Finance exports data to Excel every month end to build the reports leadership actually asks for.

With the system

Dashboards and reports leadership needs are built into Odoo directly, refreshed in real time.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 05

Process mapping

1 to 2 weeks

We map how your finance, sales and warehouse teams actually work today, and where the default Odoo modules will and won't fit.

What you do
  • Walk us through current workflows
  • Share sample invoices, BOQs, stock sheets
What we deliver
  • A module and customization scope document
  • A fixed-scope quote with timeline
Exit criteria

We move on when you sign off on the scope and the quote before any build work starts.

02 / 05

Configuration and build

2 to 4 weeks

We configure the standard Odoo modules and build any custom modules the scope requires, including ZATCA e-invoicing if needed.

What you do
  • Answer questions on edge cases as they come up
  • Review a mid-build checkpoint
What we deliver
  • A working Odoo instance on a staging environment
  • Custom modules built to the agreed scope
Exit criteria

We move on when the staging environment reflects your actual workflow end to end.

03 / 05

Data migration

1 to 2 weeks

Customers, products, suppliers and historical transactions move from your old system or spreadsheets into Odoo, then get checked line by line.

What you do
  • Provide export files from the old system
  • Spot-check migrated records against source data
What we deliver
  • Migrated data validated against source counts
  • A migration log documenting what moved and what didn't
Exit criteria

We move on when your data reconciles against the source system with no unexplained gaps.

04 / 05

Testing and training

1 to 2 weeks

Your team runs real transactions in staging while we fix what breaks, then we run role-based training sessions before go-live.

What you do
  • Run real transactions through the staging system
  • Attend training for your role
What we deliver
  • Bug fixes from testing feedback
  • Written user guides per role
Exit criteria

We move on when your team can complete their core daily tasks in Odoo without our help.

05 / 05

Go-live and support

ongoing

We cut over to production, watch the first close cycle closely, and stay on for fixes and small adjustments as real use surfaces gaps.

What you do
  • Run production transactions
  • Flag issues as they surface
What we deliver
  • Go-live support through the first month-end close
  • A support channel for fixes and small changes
Exit criteria

We move on when we agree the support arrangement, whether that's a support retainer or handover to your internal team.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

How is pricing structured for Odoo customization?

Pricing is fixed scope, quoted after the process mapping stage once we know exactly which modules need configuring and which need custom development. Custom module work is priced separately from standard configuration because the effort varies a lot by complexity. You get a written quote before any build work starts, not an hourly estimate.

Do you handle ZATCA Phase 2 integration?

Yes. We build ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing into Odoo, including QR code generation and the integration with ZATCA's platform for the phase your business falls under. If you're not sure which phase applies to you, we'll help you check that as part of scoping, not assume it.

Can you migrate us from our current system, including Arabic data?

Yes. We've migrated data from spreadsheets, older ERPs and accounting software into Odoo, including records with Arabic company names, addresses and product descriptions. We validate migrated records against your source data before go-live so nothing gets lost or garbled in the move.

What happens to our data, and who can access it?

Your Odoo instance and data stay under your control. We don't use client data to train any model, and access during the project is limited to the team working on your implementation. We can walk through data handling under PDPL specifically if that's a requirement for your industry.

Odoo that fits your process, not a demo

Tell us how your finance, sales and warehouse teams actually work. We'll scope what Odoo needs to look like to match it, and quote it before any build starts.
