How is this priced, per scenario or as a platform?

Per scenario, usually. A single procedure with its environment, scoring, and delivery build is one fixed-scope project. If you need several scenarios sharing one environment, we quote the shared build once and each additional scenario separately, which costs less than starting from zero each time.

Do we need VR headsets, or can this run on a laptop?

Either. VR gives the strongest sense of scale and consequence, which matters for procedures like confined-space entry or crane operation. Desktop or touchscreen delivery costs less per seat and scales faster across a large workforce. Most clients start desktop and add VR for the highest-risk scenarios.

Can training data and site models stay private under PDPL?

Yes. Site layouts, equipment specs, and any personal data from trainee records stay under standard PDPL handling, processed only for the agreed purpose and not used to train any external model. We can sign a data processing agreement before any site material is shared with us.

Do trainee results need to plug into our existing LMS?

If you have one, we can export scores in a format it accepts, usually CSV or an API call, rather than building a parallel system. If you don't have an LMS yet, the built-in admin dashboard covers pass/fail and requalification dates on its own.
