Voice, Language & Vision

A phone agent that actually sounds Saudi

Most voice bots are an English model with an Arabic voice bolted on, and callers hear it in the first sentence. We build agents tuned on Gulf dialect and real call patterns, so the person on the line gets an answer instead of a script.

The direct answer

Arabic voice agents are phone-based systems that listen, understand and speak back in Saudi or Gulf Arabic (and English when needed) to handle calls without a person on every line. They're for Saudi businesses whose callers speak dialect, not formal MSA, and whose call volume makes a human answering every ring impractical or expensive. The agent books appointments, answers routine questions, and hands off to a person when the call needs one.

Before and after

What this removes.

Callers hear an English bot in Arabic clothing

Today

Off-the-shelf voice tools translate English scripts into stiff formal Arabic that no caller actually speaks.

With the system

The agent speaks the dialect your callers use, so the call sounds like a conversation, not a recording.

Reception can't cover every hour

Today

Calls outside working hours go to voicemail, and half the callers hang up instead of leaving a message.

With the system

Routine calls get answered around the clock, and only the ones that need a person wait for one.

Staff repeat the same five answers all day

Today

Reception spends most of a shift answering hours, location, pricing and booking questions, the same ones every day.

With the system

The agent handles the repeat questions and books straightforward appointments, freeing staff for calls that need judgment.

No record of what was actually said on a call

Today

A call ends and the only record is whatever the staff member remembers to write down, if anything.

With the system

Every call is transcribed and logged, so a dispute or a follow-up has an actual record to check.

What we build

What lands in your hands.

Inbound call agent

Answers, understands the request in dialect, and either resolves it or routes it to a person.

Outbound calling

Places reminder or confirmation calls at scale, logged and reportable.

Dialect-tuned speech recognition

Trained to handle Saudi and Gulf dialect, not just formal Arabic.

Natural Arabic text to speech

A voice that sounds like a person on the phone, not a screen reader.

Live handoff to a human

Transfers to a staff member with full call context when the request needs one.

Call transcription and logging

Every call is recorded as text and stored against the caller or booking.

The delivery plan

Five stages. You sign off every one.

Read each stage as a small contract: what we need from you, what lands in your hands, and the sentence that has to be true before we move on.

01 / 05

Scope the call flows

3 to 5 days

We listen to a sample of your real calls and agree which call types the agent should handle first.

What you do
  • Share recordings or a description of typical calls
  • Name the call types to automate first
What we deliver
  • A written scope with the exact call flows in scope
  • A cost and timeline estimate
Exit criteria

We move on when you've agreed the call flows and scope in writing before any build starts.

02 / 05

Voice and script build

1 to 2 weeks

We build the dialogue, tune the voice, and test it against real dialect and phrasing from your callers.

What you do
  • Review draft call scripts
  • Flag phrasing that sounds off
What we deliver
  • A working voice agent on the agreed call flows
  • Test call recordings for your review
Exit criteria

We move on when the agent handles a real test call correctly, start to finish, in your dialect.

03 / 05

Connect to your systems

1 to 2 weeks

We wire the agent into your phone number, calendar or booking system, and CRM so bookings and records land where staff already work.

What you do
  • Give access to the phone line and booking system
  • Confirm what should trigger a handoff to a person
What we deliver
  • A live agent on your business number
  • Bookings and call logs writing into your existing systems
Exit criteria

We move on when a real call from your number completes end to end, including the booking or handoff.

04 / 05

Live testing alongside staff

1 to 2 weeks

The agent takes real calls while staff monitor a sample, so mistakes get caught before full rollout.

What you do
  • Spot-check a sample of live call transcripts daily
  • Flag anything the agent got wrong
What we deliver
  • A side-by-side accuracy report
  • Fixes to any patterns that came up in testing
Exit criteria

We move on when the agent handles the agreed call types correctly on live volume, checked against real transcripts.

05 / 05

Live operation and support

ongoing

The agent runs on your live call volume. We monitor accuracy and retune when new call types or phrasing show up.

What you do
  • Report new call types or misunderstood phrases as they appear
  • Review flagged calls in the log
What we deliver
  • Monthly accuracy review
  • Retuning when call patterns shift
Exit criteria

We move on when this is the ongoing state. We keep the agent tuned as your call mix changes.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

How is this priced?

Pricing depends on call volume, how many call types you want handled, and whether outbound calling is in scope alongside inbound. A single inbound flow like appointment booking costs less than a full reception replacement covering bookings, FAQs and outbound reminders. We quote after hearing a sample of your real calls.

Does it actually handle Saudi dialect, or just formal Arabic?

Saudi and Gulf dialect is the point of building this rather than buying an English-first voice product off the shelf. We tune the speech recognition and the voice on real call recordings from your business, including the way your callers actually phrase requests, not textbook MSA.

What happens to call recordings under PDPL?

Call audio and transcripts stay within the scope we agree with you and are not used to train models for other customers. Retention periods and who can access recordings are set in writing before the agent goes live, and we can build a retention or deletion policy around your existing PDPL obligations.

Can it hand off to a real person when a call needs one?

Yes, that's a standard part of the build, not an add-on. You set the rules for what should transfer, complaints, anything outside the agent's scope, a caller who asks for a person, and the agent hands off with full context so staff aren't starting the conversation over.

Every call answered, in the dialect your customers speak

Send us a sample of the calls you handle most and we'll tell you honestly which ones are ready to automate and which still need a person.
