Procurement & Supply Chain
Find the right supplier, not another list
You know what you need to buy. What you don't have is time to chase forty companies to find three that actually make it, ship it, and answer their phone. We build the shortlist for you.
2,582
manufacturers mapped in our supplier base
2 to 4
weeks to a working first shortlist
10+
suppliers per category evaluated before shortlisting
The direct answer
Supplier discovery is the work of finding, verifying, and shortlisting suppliers for a specific product or category, run on ProCul, our procurement platform. It's for procurement and operations teams in Saudi Arabia who need real suppliers with verified contacts and confirmed capability, not a spreadsheet of company names pulled from a directory.

What this removes.
The supplier list is stale
Today
Your vendor list is three years old, half the emails bounce, and nobody knows if the company still makes what you need.
With the system
Suppliers are checked against current registries and verified contacts before they reach your shortlist.
Sourcing eats a full week
Today
Someone on your team spends days searching, calling, and emailing before you get a single usable quote back.
With the system
The search, first contact, and follow-up run in the background while your team reviews what comes back.
No way to compare fairly
Today
Quotes arrive in different formats, different currencies, and different scopes, so comparing them is guesswork.
With the system
Quotes are parsed into one structured comparison, so price, lead time, and scope sit side by side.
Arabic documents get stuck
Today
A supplier sends a quote or catalog in Arabic and it sits untouched until someone can translate it.
With the system
Arabic and English documents are handled the same way, with nothing waiting on a translator.

- Confirm must-have qualifications
- Name any excluded suppliers
- Written scope and criteria
- Draft search parameters
We move on when you sign off on the scope and criteria.
Search and screen

We search the mapped supplier base and the open market, then screen candidates against your criteria before anyone is contacted.
- Answer clarifying questions
- Flag any known suppliers to include
- Candidate list with screening notes
- Registry and contact verification
We move on when you approve the candidate pool.
Outreach and quotes
1 to 2 weeks
RFQs go out to the approved candidates, with automated follow-up on non-responders and quotes parsed as they arrive.
- Review the draft RFQ
- Answer supplier questions we can't
- Sent RFQs with delivery tracking
- Quotes parsed into a structured comparison
We move on when you have quotes from enough qualified suppliers to compare.
Shortlist and handover
3 to 5 days
We narrow the field to a ranked shortlist with the comparison data behind each recommendation, in the format your team uses.
- Review the shortlist
- Flag anything that doesn't fit
- Ranked shortlist with rationale
- Export in your working format
We move on when you accept the shortlist for your own next step.
Live operation and support
ongoing
The supplier base and your shortlist stay current as new suppliers are added and old contacts are re-verified over time.
- Flag suppliers that go quiet
- Request refresh on stale categories
- Periodic re-verification
- Support for follow-on sourcing rounds
We move on when we're not moving on, this stage continues as long as you're sourcing.
Asked before signing.
How is pricing structured for this?
Pricing is scoped to the category and the number of suppliers you need evaluated, agreed before we start. It's a fixed project fee, not a per-hour rate, so you know the cost before any work begins. Larger or recurring sourcing gets a separate rate, discussed once we understand the volume.
Do you handle Arabic-language suppliers and documents?
Yes. Arabic quotes, catalogs, and correspondence are handled in the same workflow as English ones, with nothing routed to a separate manual step. Outreach to suppliers can go out in Arabic or English depending on which the supplier uses, so nothing gets lost waiting on a translation.
What happens to our data during this process?
Supplier and RFQ data is handled under PDPL, Saudi Arabia's data protection law. We don't share your sourcing requirements or pricing outside the engagement, and supplier contact data added to the base stays associated with your account for future rounds, not resold or shared.
Can this connect to our existing procurement or ERP system?
The shortlist and quote comparison are exported in the format your team already works in, spreadsheet or otherwise. A direct system integration is possible for recurring engagements, and we'll scope that separately once the first sourcing round is done and the fit is proven.
