Dynamics 365, set up to run your business, not a generic one

You picked Dynamics 365 for the Microsoft fit. We make sure the modules you actually use, finance, sales, or supply chain, work the way your business runs in Saudi Arabia, in both languages, from day one.

The direct answer

This is Dynamics 365 implementation and customization for Saudi companies already on, or moving to, Microsoft's ERP stack. We configure the modules you need, finance, supply chain, sales, or a mix, connect them to your other Microsoft tools, and build in Arabic-language documents and Saudi tax rules from the start. Built for mid-size Saudi businesses that want Microsoft's ecosystem without a slow, generic rollout.

Before and after

What this removes.

Generic template, wrong workflow

Today

Out-of-the-box Dynamics forms don't match how your finance or sales team actually approves work.

With the system

Approval chains, fields and forms are configured around your real process, not a demo template.

Arabic support bolted on late

Today

Invoices and reports come out in English only, so someone retypes them in Arabic by hand every month.

With the system

Arabic and English documents generate from the same record, formatted right the first time.

Disconnected from the rest of Microsoft

Today

Teams, Outlook and Excel run separately from Dynamics, so data gets copied between them manually.

With the system

Dynamics talks to Outlook, Teams and Excel directly, so approvals and records move without re-entry.

No visibility into VAT and totals

Today

VAT and ZATCA fields exist in the system but nobody trusts the numbers without a manual check.

With the system

VAT and invoice totals reconcile automatically, with the ZATCA-relevant fields validated before posting.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

How is this priced, and does it include the Microsoft license?

We price the implementation separately from your Dynamics 365 license, which you buy directly from Microsoft or a licensing partner. Our fee is scoped after the discovery call, based on which modules you need and how much data migration and customization is involved. You get a fixed quote before configuration starts, not an open-ended hourly rate.

Can Dynamics 365 handle ZATCA e-invoicing?

Dynamics 365 doesn't generate ZATCA-compliant invoices natively, so we connect it to a certified ZATCA integration tool and make sure the fields Dynamics captures, VAT number, invoice totals, item details, match what that tool needs. We don't build ZATCA compliance ourselves, we wire your ERP to a provider that already has it.

Do you support Arabic-language use across the whole system, not just invoices?

Yes. We configure Arabic labels, RTL document layouts and bilingual reporting across the modules you use, not just customer-facing invoices. Internal forms, approval notifications and dashboards can run in Arabic, English, or both, depending on what your team needs day to day.

What happens to our data, and who can see it during the project?

Your data stays in your own Microsoft tenant throughout the project. We work inside environments you control and don't copy your records to third-party storage. Access is limited to the people on the implementation, and we can walk through your specific PDPL and data-residency questions on the discovery call.
