How do you price an integration project?
By the number of systems connected and the complexity of the data on each side. A two-system sync with clean APIs on both ends is straightforward. A legacy system with no documented API, or one requiring custom logic for currency and tax handling, costs more. We give a fixed quote after the systems audit, not before.
What if one of our systems doesn't have an API?
It happens, especially with older ERPs. We work around it with database-level connectors, screen scraping as a last resort, or scheduled file exports and imports. We'll tell you honestly during the audit if a system is going to be expensive to integrate, and what the alternative approaches cost.
Can you build ZATCA e-invoicing integration specifically?
Yes. We've built ZATCA-compliant invoice generation, including the XML structure and QR code requirements, into existing invoicing and ERP systems. This is one of the most common integration requests we get from Saudi businesses moving off manual invoicing.
What happens if a connected system changes its API and breaks the integration?
Our monitoring catches the failure and alerts us before it becomes your problem. Fixing breakage from an upstream API change is covered under the ongoing support stage, not billed as a new project, unless the change requires substantial rework.
