Read the whole package, not just what's listed.

Tender and EPC packages arrive as thousands of documents across dozens of discipline folders, with no single index. We build systems that read the whole archive, cross-check it against the client's own drawing list, and let your team ask questions from a phone or WhatsApp.

Before and after

What this removes.

Tender packages arrive too big to read

Today

A live package lands as thousands of PDFs across dozens of discipline folders with no single index, and teams skim what they can before the clock runs out.

With the system

Every document indexed and searchable within days, in Arabic and English.

The client's own drawing list isn't the real scope

Today

Bids get built on an incomplete picture until an RFI or a site clash exposes the gap, usually after the number is already committed.

With the system

The system cross-references the full package against the client's list and flags what it left out, before the proposal goes in.

Governing standards get cited, not supplied

Today

Drawings reference standard details and specifications that never actually arrive in the package, unnoticed until they're needed on site.

With the system

Every cross-reference gets tracked, and a missing governing document becomes a specific, numbered RFI instead of a site surprise.

Institutional knowledge walks out the door

Today

The person who read the tender pack at bid stage usually isn't the person running the job six months later.

With the system

Anyone authorized can ask a direct question from a phone or WhatsApp and get an answer traced to the exact drawing or clause.

Regulatory and contractual

What actually applies.

PDPL and NDMO

Project documents routinely carry personal and commercially sensitive data. We handle that under Saudi PDPL, and where a client is government-adjacent, under NDMO data classification rules on top.

Confidentiality clauses on shared packages

Main contractors commonly bar sharing a project drive or its documents with any third party. The system runs on your own infrastructure and API account for exactly this reason: your documents never touch ours.

Buyer questions

Asked before signing.

Can this work on a live tender with a tight submission deadline?

Yes, that's the case it was built for. A first working index over a real package can be ready within about a week; a full engagement runs 6 to 10 weeks depending on document volume, per the Knowledge Retrieval Build under Enterprise Knowledge Systems.

Our main contractor doesn't allow sharing the package with third parties. Does that rule this out?

No. The system is built to run on your own infrastructure and your own API account, so your documents and the AI processing both stay inside your environment. We build and support it; we don't hold your data.

Does this replace our own document controller or QS team?

No. It gives them a search and cross-check layer over documents they'd otherwise read by hand, so the RFIs and scope gaps they'd eventually find get found sooner.

What if the package includes scanned or image-only drawings?

Scanned and image-only sheets are handled the same way as any other document type in our document AI work: run through OCR, indexed, and flagged if the scan quality is too poor to extract reliably.

Send us one live package, we'll show you what it finds.

Twenty to thirty representative documents from a real project is enough to build a working query interface against your own content within about a week.
