This company decides why and how the personal data described below is processed. That is what data protection law calls the controller.

The enquiry form on this site asks for a name, a company, an email address, an optional phone number and a message describing the work. We record only what you type into those fields.

We also record the IP address attached to a submission, to help catch automated spam. Nothing else is collected through this site.

To reply to your enquiry and to understand the work you are describing. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use this information beyond the conversation you started.

You give consent by submitting the form. If you would rather not, email us directly instead. The form is a convenience, not the only way to reach us.

Submissions are stored on Supabase, whose infrastructure for this project runs in Frankfurt, Germany. That means your data leaves Saudi Arabia when it is stored. This transfer is covered by our data processing agreement with Supabase. We have not sought a separate cross-border transfer certification beyond that agreement.

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access the data we hold about you, to request a correction, and to request deletion. Send any of these requests to the email address below and we will act on it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

The sector-and-problem selector on the homepage records which options a visitor picks, so we can see which combinations come up often. That record carries no IP address and no identifier, so it cannot be traced back to a person.
