Day one
It starts with a health check, not a contract
Before anything is signed we read your ledger once and write down what is wrong with it. You keep the report either way.
- 01
One read of your books
You connect your accounting system in read-only mode, or send us an export. We do not need your bank login and we do not ask for it.
- 02
Counted, not described
Unreconciled value, missing invoices, accounts classified into the wrong place, VAT that has no evidence behind it. Every finding carries a number and the documents it came from.
- 03
A price on the gap
The report ends with what the current arrangement is costing you in riyals and in hours, so the decision is arithmetic rather than a feeling.

Every day
The work happens while the month is still open
Books break at month end because nobody touched them for thirty days. We touch them daily.
- 01
Everything is mirrored
Invoices, bills, bank lines, payroll runs and payment settlements are pulled into our own double-entry ledger, kept separate from yours so the two can be compared.
- 02
Matching first, guessing never
A payout of SAR 41,318 is split back into the orders and fees that made it. The arithmetic is plain code. A model only helps read a document or suggest a category.
- 03
One question at a time
When a transaction cannot be resolved from the documents you get a single short message asking about it. Answer it and the entry is draft-posted for your accountant.
- 04
Nothing posts on its own
Every entry sits as a draft until a person approves it. There is no automatic posting path, by design.
Every month
A close pack that a licensed accountant has verified
On the first working days of the month you get a bound set of statements, not a spreadsheet and a promise.
- 01
The statements
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, and a reconciliation report for every settlement account.
- 02
The evidence
An index that ties each figure to the invoice, receipt or statement line behind it. When ZATCA asks, the answer is a reference number.
- 03
The verification
A SOCPA-registered accountant reviews the pack and approves it. A person is accountable for the numbers.
- 04
The VAT return
Prepared from the same ledger, with its evidence attached, ready for you to file.

The lines we hold
What we do not do
The list matters more than the feature list, because it is where most services quietly overpromise.
- 01
We do not connect to your bank
Account information services in Saudi Arabia need a licence from the regulator. We do not hold one. Bank data reaches us as statements you provide.
- 02
We do not post without approval
No entry is written to your ledger until a human has approved it. Year one has no automatic posting path at all.
- 03
We do not replace your auditor
We prepare and verify the close. Your statutory auditor is a separate appointment, and the binder we hand them is built for that.
How to start
Three steps, about a week
Nothing about this needs a project plan.
1. Send us a read of your ledger
A read-only connection or an export. Ten minutes of your time.
2. Get the health check back
Within a few working days, with the findings priced. Free, and yours to keep.
3. Decide
If it is worth doing we agree the backlog scope and start the daily run the following week.
