What ProCul reads, and what it does not

75 systems, grouped by what they tell us. You keep using all of them. ProCul reads them, builds its own set of books beside yours, and shows you where the two disagree. Nothing here writes to your ledger without a person approving it first.

Accounting systems

Keep the books you already keep. We mirror them and check them.

Payment gateways

The payout is net of a fee and the VAT on that fee. We split all three.

Buy now, pay later

None of them expose a settlement API. Upload the export and we read it.

Online stores

Orders show the sale. The gateway only shows what was collected.

Point of sale

Daily takings, with cash and card kept apart.

Banks

Download your statement and upload it. We read the layout.

Payroll and HR

Gross pay, both halves of GOSI, and the end of service accrual are four postings.

Spend cards

Card charges are expenses with VAT behind them, not bank lines.

Wallets

Usually settled through your gateway already.

Government

Fatoora takes invoices in. It does not give them back.

Open banking

Needs a SAMA licence we do not hold. Switched off, and shown as such.

The honest part

ProCul has no direct connection to any Saudi bank. Open banking in the Kingdom became a licensed activity in March 2026 and the sandbox route closed with it, so bank data arrives the way it always has, as a statement you export and upload. Tabby and Tamara publish no settlement API either, so those arrive as exports too. Everything else on this page is an API we call with a key you control and can revoke.
